the Ides of February 2027

Ra used the term 'the ides of February' and sometimes shared a chart for February 15th 2027 at 22:10 UTC, even if apparently for the Romans this 'ides of February' falls on the 13th, and in February 2027 the Full moon (Ides) falls on the 20th.
When I calculated (for giggles) the Pluto Return of the Uranus discovery (timed at March 13th 1781 at 22:30 because “On Tuesday the 13th of March, between ten and eleven in the evening…” -William Herschel, Account of a Comet as presented to the Royal Society on 26 April 1781 link here: https://archive.org/details/accountofcomet7121781hers/page/492/mode/2up) which at 22:30 ('between ten and eleven') makes Pluto be in Gate 41, Line 5, Color 3 Tone 4 and Base 3 (Longitude: 6° 9' 9.670, Aquarius)
I come to February 28th at 19:26:28 UTC (Longitude: 6° 9' 9.669, Aquarius) Coincidence, or…?
